On July 9, Shandong Keyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301281.SZ) successfully held the second phase of the 2024 management trainee training event. In this event, the management trainees visited and studied the group headquarters, aiming to fully learn the corporate culture, development history and future prospects of Keyuan Pharma through personal experience and in-depth understanding, so as to further stimulate work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility and inject new vitality into the company's development.
On the day of this event, the sun was shining and the temperature was pleasant. The management trainees who graduated from various universities gathered at the group headquarters with their vision and expectations for the future. They successively entered the corporate culture exhibition hall and museum, which not only displayed the group's development history and honors and achievements, but also deeply interpreted the company's profound cultural heritage and the spirit of continuous pursuit of excellence.
