On September 21, a wonderful "Lean Pioneer" knowledge competition was successfully held at Keyuan Pharma (stock code: 301281.SZ), aiming to further promote the in-depth application of lean production concepts and enhance employees' understanding and knowledge of lean management to promote the realization of cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals.
As a pioneer in digital intelligence medicine, Keyuan Pharma has always regarded lean production as one of the core concepts of corporate development. Since March, Keyuan Pharma has established a Lean Promotion Committee. Through the creation of lean awareness among all employees and the application of advanced tools such as digital and intelligent lean value stream analysis, significant improvements have been achieved in benchmark factories. This knowledge contest was rich in content, covering the theoretical basis of lean production, practical cases, value stream analysis, pull production principles, total productive maintenance (TPM) and other aspects. The contestants came from various departments and positions of Keyuan Pharma. They fully demonstrated their understanding and mastery of lean improvement through the fierce competition of compulsory questions, quick-answer questions and extra questions.
During the competition, the contestants were full of energy and high morale. They applied the knowledge they learned and combined it with the actual work to actively answer various questions, showing solid business skills and rich practical experience. Especially in the quick-answer question session, each team was quick-witted and agile, fully developing the team spirit. After a tense and fierce competition, the first, second and third prizes were finally selected, and the winners were commended at the event site.
