Held a training session on lean digital intelligent management

In order to implement the decision to comprehensively promote lean management and promote the integration of digital intelligence applications and lean management, Shandong Keyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. recently held a lean digital intelligence management training seminar. The training seminar invited Xingcun Liu, vice president of Linuo Group and dean of the Digital Intelligence Research Institute, to come for lectures. Members of the lean work promotion group and members of the leadership team of each factory participated in the training.

At the meeting, the relevant persons in charge reported on the interim results of the QC team, the progress of lean digital intelligent technology transformation, and digital value stream analysis. Xingcun Liu conducted analysis and diagnosis respectively, and gave an empowerment training entitled "DVSM Digital Lean Value Stream Management".

Digital lean value stream is a new management model that combines digital transformation and lean management. It realizes the visualization, transparency and process optimization of value streams through digital drive, thereby improving production efficiency, improving product quality and reducing production costs. Dean Liu's training not only has systematic theoretical explanations, but also precise case analysis, which has benefited the participants a lot.
