indicators, interpreting tasks, calling on employees to anchor the goals,

core employees attended the meeting.
The meeting emphasized that indicators are orders and performance is dignity, and employees must be completed without compromise! The heads must fully publicize and decompose the indicators in respective departments, to every person, every month, and every week. All employees are indicator undertakers and responsible persons, and make every effort to achieve mission.
The meeting pointed out that the premise of completion is to strengthen execution. All employees must maintain a firm and optimistic attitude, never give up until the goal is achieved, respond quickly when encountering problems, improve the ability to solve problems, eliminate superficiality, flowery, and superficial, strengthen learning ability, apply what they have learned to adapt to the growing business needs.
The meeting specified that the company should increase investment in R&D, strengthen cooperation with research institutes, carry out joint R&D for key technologies, improve the independent innovation capabilities, focus on cultivating and training a research and transformation team, accelerate the transformation of achievements, and store sufficient "ammunition" for the long-term development.
The meeting required Keyuan Pharma to continuously adhere to the development advantages of integrated API preparations and integrated auxiliary material preparations, take R&D as the guide, strengthen marketing team and brand building, enhance product reputation, and expand market share, adhere to the internationalization strategy and forge ahead towards a world-class pharmaceutical company.
